Job summary:

Adecco's client - a multinational construction machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for

  • Manage and supervise financial activities of the Vietnam subsidiary, coordinate processing operations with departments of the corporation, and export report data to the corporation.
  • Manage the subsidiary's daily financial affairs (Daily)
  • If outsourced: connect with external agencies and organizations, handle financialrelated issues, manage human resources, reconcile payroll, purchase, make sales invoices, reconcile, receivable management, overdue reminder, expense payment, daily revenue and expenditure, fund management planning, tax, asset management, performance review, subsidiary annual audit, etc.
  • If selfprocessing, in addition to the above items, it also includes: business accounting, checking accounting and exporting financial statements, etc.
  • Send report documents (No software support, manual work, takes a long time; Repetitive work)
  • At the request of the corporation's financial manager, complete and submit monthly forms, e.g. quick report, stakeholder reconciliation sheet, footnote, inventory sheet, overdue sheet receivables, profit and loss statement at the exchange rate, cash flow statement budget and actual comparison, tax paid, tax lost, etc.
  • Submit forms as required by other departments of the company
  • Submit PPT reports at the request of management
  • Approve and control expenses (Monthly)
  • Review and pay staff travel expenses, market expenses, outsourced service fees and other ancillary costs.
  • Cost control and planning according to company budget standards and sales completion rate
  • Internal control management (No time specified)
  • Establish and perfect the financial operating mechanism, establish and improve the financial management system, ensure compliance with the law and conduct daily work in an orderly manner, early warning of risks in finance
  • Manage the internal control well in accordance with the company's regulations and audit requirements
  • Submit internal control documents at the request of the internal control department.
  • Analysis report (Monthly)
  • Establish a system of indicators for budget tracking and strategic promotion in line with Vietnam's business characteristics, improve the depth of financial analysis reports, and monitor and monitor the implementation of Vietnam's key business plans, providing effective financial information support and promoting rapid business development
  • Tax planning and payment (No time limit)
  • Understand the tax policies of Vietnam and develop plans, submit tax returns of the company and employees to the tax authorities in a timely manner
  • Budgeting (September 2nd year of March, no time specified)
  • In charge of completing the preparation of the annual budget, assisting the business in revising and finalizing the medium and longterm strategic plan
  • Asset management (No time limit)
  • Planning asset structure in Vietnam, guiding fund management operating in Vietnam, reviewing longterm asset investment plans in Vietnam
  • Ensure property safety in Vietnam

Experience requirements:

  • 6 or more years of financialrelated work experience in foreign companies, manufacturing/trading companies
  • At least 1 year in Management level
  • Understand professional knowledge related to financial management and system
  • Understanding of capital management, internal audit, tax policy regulations, and investment management
  • Knowledge of corporate governance/economic law, finance, insurance, and credit management.
  • Proficient in financial analysis methods, and accounting, knowledgeable about operations related to tax planning
  • Computer: Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP,
  • Organizational skills, communication skills, ability to learn, analyze and judge, ability to work under pressure, risk management skills

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance
