Cho cả 3 kênh: Online + Truyền thống + Siêu Thị
- Lập kế hoạch & thực hiện chương trình khuyến mại hàng tháng, quý, năm
- Tổ chức sự kiện thúc đẩy sell-out tại điểm bán: Siêu Thị + Showroom đại lý,
- Tổ chức, cải thiện hoạt động trưng bày, quầy kệ tại điểm bán
- Hỗ trợ tiếp thị tốt như biển bảng quảng cáo, catalogue, tờ rơi và bất kỳ công cụ bán hàng nào cho đại lý.
- Đào tạo kiến thức sản phẩm và kĩ năng bán hàng đến sales đại lý, PG
- Tìm kiếm và đề xuất triển khai hoạt động Trade MKT mới (online + offline)
- Chủ động đưa ý kiến để update POSM, quầy kệ, các tool để thúc đẩy bán hàng
- Gửi báo cáo về ngành hàng, phản hồi của đại lý, và người tiêu dùng cuối cùng
- Nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi trưởng phòng MKT và BOM

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Cử nhân Marketing hoặc bằng cấp liên quan đến tiếp thị thương mại
- Hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong các kênh tiếp thị thương mại
- Sử dụng tốt các công cụ MS Office

**Ưu tiên**:

- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại công ty nước ngoài
- Kỹ năng đàm thoại tiếng Anh (Viết và đọc là kỹ năng phải có)
- Khoảng 25 tuổi đến 35 tuổi (Đàm phán nếu bạn không ở trong phạm vi này)

Kênh lọc nước rất rộng, nên cần thời gian học tập chăm chỉ để bắt kịp tình hình.

Có thể cần tham gia vào các kênh GT / MT / MR / Hyper, Ví dụ: Thiết bị Vệ sinh, Máy lọc nước,

Thiết bị nhà bếp, Nội thất, Thang máy, Két sắt an toàn, Mạng Online, Nhật Bản, Thiết bị điện, Làm đẹp, Sơn, Đèn và cả Dự án.

Vì vậy, Nhân viên Trade Marketing phải biết kiến thức sâu rộng và đề xuất giải pháp tốt nhất cho mỗi cửa hàng.
