Với sự phát triển hiện tại của Công ty, cùng với những dự án tư vấn chiến lược, M&A tiềm năng giữa hai thị trường Việt - Nhật, chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm những tài năng có sự quan tâm và mong muốn phát triển cùng Công ty trong mảng M&A với thông tin chi tiết như sau:
**I. NHIỆM VỤ**:

- Xử lý các dự án M&A từ giai đoạn sourcing doanh nghiệp đến giai đoạn quản lý deals (hỗ trợ/ hoặc trực tiếp thực hiện DD/ closing dự án);
- Tìm kiếm, tổng hợp và phân tích thông tin về doanh nghiệp và ngành nghề liên quan;
- Hỗ trợ hoặc trực tiếp thực hiện việc định giá doanh nghiệp (enterprise valuation);
- Đọc báo cáo tài chính doanh nghiệp, phân tích các chỉ số tài chính doanh nghiệp và so sánh các doanh nghiệp khác trong cùng ngành;
- Làm việc và đàm phán trực tiếp với các cấp lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp;
- Thực hiện các công việc khác liên quan theo yêu cầu của cấp Quản lý.

**II. YÊU CẦU**:

- Ứng viên tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành Kinh tế - Tài chính, Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh doanh quốc tế, Tiếng Nhật,....;
- Có kỹ năng phân tích, rà soát số liệu thông tin trong doanh nghiệp;
- Có khả năng xây dựng financial model, giỏi các thuật toán excel là một lợi thế;
- Có khả năng trao đổi, đàm phán với các vị trí cấp cao, cơ quan nhà nước;
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có hiểu biết về đầu tư, chứng khoán, tài chính,...;
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng lên kế hoạch kinh doanh; review kế hoạch kinh doanh;
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ về tài chính/ chứng khoán/ hoặc định giá doanh nghiệp như CPA/CFA....
- Đối với vị trí Trưởng nhóm M&A, ưu tiên ứng viên có networks với các doanh nghiệp, Nhà nước....; Có kinh nghiệm quản lý chất lượng dự án/ deadline;...
- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Nhật

+ Tiếng Anh: Đối với ứng viên có chuyên môn giỏi, kinh nghiệm liên quan thì không yêu cầu tiếng Nhật. Chỉ yêu cầu trình độ tiếng Anh đủ phân tích và làm báo cáo bằng tiếng Anh.+ Tiếng Nhật: Yêu cầu trình độ tiếng Nhật từ N2 trở lên (không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm đối với ứng viên tiếng Nhật).
