- Xây dựng kế hoạch, triển khai thực hiện và đánh giá kết qu

- Phân tích, đánh giá liên tục về nhãn hàng, nhu cầu của người tiêu dùng, thay đổi,

- i pháp marketing thiết thực cho nhãn hàng.
- Theo dõi sát tình hình bán hàng, và dự báo s

- ng của nhãn hàng nhằm đề xuất những hỗ tr
- kịp thời đ

- o mục tiêu kinh doanh chung của nhãn hàng
- Qu
- n lý và sử dụng ngân sách marketing đúng và hiệu qu

- Kiểm soát nhân viên (Digital Marketing, PR & Booking Media, Graphic Designer, Call Center) thực hiện công việc đư

- p với các phòng ban, giữ vai trò kiểm soát trong việc thực hiện các chương trình marketing.
- Định kỳ báo cáo và làm việc với đối tác nước ngoài về hoạt động marketing của nhãn hàng

- Kinh nghiệm:

- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Marketing ở các công ty có qui mô lớn (ưu tiên ngành hàng Dư
- c phẩm, Sữa, FMCG)
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc thực hiện các hoạt động Marketing ATL và BTL
- Kiến thức chuyên môn & kỹ năng khác:

- Hiểu biết & thực hiện thành thạo các kiến thức & kỹ năng tiếp thị nhãn hiệu
- Kỹ năng phân tích và đưa ra quyết định
- Kh
- năng hoạch định, thực hiện, giao công việc & kiểm soát tốt
- Kỹ năng thuyết trình, đàm phán và giao tiếp tốt
- Yêu cầu khác: Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh
