- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers to close sales and achieve sales target.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Upselling products and services, route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Other tasks assigned by sales managers.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Proven inside sales experience or experience in an outbound call center or a related salesposition preferred.
- Track record of overachieving target.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Proficient with SEO and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with MS or similar CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- English is must and Chinese speaking is plus.
