Then this position is designed for you

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you have a chance to learn & practice including but not limited to:

  • Handle hiring requests for both technical and non -technical jobs including:
  • Collecting hiring demands: work with Hiring Director/Hiring Manager to finalize the hiring demands & JDs as well as fulfillment timeline.
  • Defining a plan to fulfill the hiring requests.
  • Selection: phone interview, schedule interview, assign technical test, joining interview, collect interview feedback, etc.
  • Oversighting the hiring process & progress.
  • Joining the team bonding, team building and sharing activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Leader/ Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduated or 3rd/4thyear students in Human Resources, Business Administration or related majors.
  • Have strong passion and good knowledge in Human Resources field, especially Recruitment
  • Can work a minimum 3.5 days/ week.
  • At least 36month Fulltime/Parttime Internship.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Friendly, patient, proactive and selfmotivation.
  • A good team player with high responsibility, customeroriented, logical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
