ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities- Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill open positions in a timely manner. Performance Reviews: Conduct 360-degree performance reviews for existing employees. Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding of new hires and departing employees. Worldwide Pay Grade and Benefits: Maintain pay grades and benefits that are competitive in all markets. Company Culture Protection: Develop and implement strategies to protect the company culture. HR Policies: Develop and maintain effective HR policies. Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage and motivate employees.
