Each year, 25% of all people die from a chronic disease (hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, angina, asthma ). So much of that could be avoided if people were aware of their condition and followed their doctor's prescription and lifestyle recommendations. Unfortunately they don’t due to a lack of awareness of danger, unwillingness to change lifestyle, and costs to follow treatment (lifelong).

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Responsibilities**- Conceptualize, storyboard, and create high-quality video content and motion graphics for various media including web, mobile, and social media.-
- Collaborate with the company founders to understand project scope and objectives.-
- Work closely with marketing and business teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research into videos.-
- Use technical skills in editing software platforms, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other media editing software.-
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.-
- Ensure compliance with company brand identity, deadlines, and design standards.-
- Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English (good is not good enough, we need fluency in English as we cannot afford typos, misunderstanding, low quality communications, poor pronounciation);- Passionate about global content marketing innovation, following inspiring brand designers from over the world;-
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a 3D Motion Designer, Video Producer, or a similar role.-
- An impressive creative portfolio demonstrating the breadth of video editing, motion design capabilities, and diverse past projects (long videos, short videos, etc.).-
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Cinema 4D, and other visual design tools.-
- Understanding of principles of design, animation, and video production techniques.-
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team.-
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.-
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.-
- Strong resilience and flexibility to feedback and change.-
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.-
