Dow Consumer Solutions has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Sales Specialist for Consumer & Electronics / Mobility & Transportation, located in Vietnam.
Responsibilities / Duties
The individual will have a high level of autonomy and is expected to be a self-starter and able to work at a fast pace in a very dynamic business environment.
- Support new business development and crossregional coordination of opportunities at global/regional accounts and value chains
- Executes global sales/marketing plan and coordinates implementation in alignment across regions, with a focus on G. China
- Builds a growth portfolio of short, medium and longterm opportunities with high probability of success.
- Able to engage and interact effectively across multiple functions with internal and external customers and stakeholders, with influencing and facilitation skills.
- Delivers an excellent customer experience for existing and prospective customers with a customercentric mindset and collaborates to ensure consistent experience across different touchpoints with Dow
- Responsible for account inputs and market intelligence to shape quality and actionable plans
- Mandarin and Vietnamese language fluency (verbal and written) is required.
- High level of commercial acumen (strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation).
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships and converting opportunities to sales
- At least 2 years prior work experience in Account Management or Technical Service roles.
- Existing understanding of electronics manufacturing or assembly will be highly regarded.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with a degree discipline in Engineering, Chemistry, Business or Marketing is preferred.
