    POSITION PURPOSE:

Under the general supervision and general direction of the Campus Facilities and Services Senior Manager, this position is responsible for aspects of the campus services operations including administrative support, request and feedback handling, outsourcing services management, procurement, document control, disseminating and providing guidelines to staff on the implementation of campus operating standards, policies and procedures.


AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Play a role as a link among staff, students, vendors, guests and other related parties.
  • Promptly and politely respond to all feedbacks, enquiries, complaints, lost and found, delivery, helpdesk, etc and handle them in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Closely coordinate with Campus' operational vendors in daily activities as Cleaning, Security, Technical, Landscaping, Catering, Fitness/ Sport Services.
  • Coordinate to arrange facilities & utilities for internal and external events, meetings, exams, especially classrooms as request.
  • Carry out equipment crosscheck to ensure that proper maintenance is being performed in accordance with campus operations standards.
  • Provide recommendation to Campus Services Supervisor (CSS) and/or Campus Facilities and Services Senior Manager (CFSSM) in formulating campus policies and procedures to improve the services. Take steps to assure quality and quantity of Campus services performance and evaluate results.
  • Provide onsite supervision to ensure that general safety, fire prevention regulations are enforced, and safe working habits are promoted throughout the facility.
  • Handle emergency circumstances in compliance with emergency procedures in the Campus.
  • Support and coordinate with the physician in daily activities of Medical Suite.
  • Coordinate for assets inventory and controlling.
  • Receive the accommodation requests and coordinate with the services supplier to monitor and bring the best quality of services for BUV students and staffs as well.
  • Responsible for the implementation and promotion of the following:
  • Ensure operational policies and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety practices and standards.
  • Perform related duties as required a "can do, will do" attitude.
  • Report to and collaborate with superior of the services related issues and vendors' related issues.
  • Maintain a professional working environment.
  • Assure good communication internally and externally.
  • Develop goals for outsourced team members and self.
  • Comply with employment laws and campus' employment practices.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Supervisor (CSS) and/or Line Manager (CFSSM).
