    POSITION PURPOSE:

The role is to provide supports to International Office Manager (IOM) in developing, managing general operations of the University's mobility programmes and global engagement activities.


AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Manage/provide direct consultations to students and parents about all mobility opportunities under remit of the Department;
  • Be responsible for managing mobility students' information & data report for the Department;
  • Assist IOM in developing, updating and managing the Department's information resources & mobility programmes' materials;
  • Participate in organizing and supporting all mobility projects/ global engagement events as assigned by IOM;
  • Conduct market research when being assigned by IOM.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

COMPETENCIES _(knowledge, skills, and abilities)_**- Essential _

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Management or Education Management or other related fields;
  • Excellent English and Vietnamese verbal and written communication skills and listening skills;
  • Experience in administration and event management from a multinational organization;
  • Good (at least be familiar) with Microsoft 365 (and its Applications);
  • Desirable _
  • Master degree;
  • Preferrable skills : research and business analytical experience;
  • Softskills : Public speaking/ presentation skills
  • Language : Korean speaking (good or fluent all 4 skills)
