a. Sản phẩm:

- Xây dựng và thực hiện các chiến lược phát triển sản phẩm
- Phân tích sản phẩm, các SKU chiến lược, hỗ trợ so sánh với các sản phẩm đối thủ
- Làm việc trực tiếp với hãng, quản lý các hoạt động về hợp đồng, target, sản phẩm
- Hỗ trợ hồ sơ sản phẩm, các hoạt động về giấy phép và phân loại
- Hỗ trợ và thực hiện các buổi training sản phẩm cho team sales và khách hàng

b. Hỗ trợ marketing:

- Lên kế hoạch tổ chức và giám sát các hoạt động event, hội thảo
- Làm việc với team để lên định hướng nội dung, content và triển khai cho các kênh truyền thông của công ty: website, Facebook Fanpage, Facebook Group, Zalo,.. kiểm soát thông tin sản phẩm/ chương trình onweb theo đúng plan và theo dõi hiệu quả của chương trình MKT
- Phối hợp với team thiết kế lên ý tưởng cho các hình ảnh quảng cáo, hình ảnh đăng tải trên truyền thông;
- Tiến hành và quản lý các cuộc khảo sát để đánh giá yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- Thực hiện nội dung cho các tài liệu marketing (Brochure, báo chí, thông tin trên trang web...).
- Theo dõi tiến độ các chiến dịch marketing bằng số liệu và nộp báo cáo hiệu quả cho cấp trên.
- Phối hợp với quản lý trong việc lập ngân sách và theo dõi chi phí.

- Ưu tiên chuyên nghành về dược hoặc sinh học phân tử, có kinh nghiệm làm qua các sản phẩm liên quan đến lĩnh vực gan mật, tim hoặc tiêu hóa
- Có kiến thức chuyên môn về các nguyên tắc lập kế hoạch chiến lược sản phẩm
- Sử dụng thành thạo power point
- Giao tiếp tiếng anh tốt
- Khả năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian.
