 RBVHhas started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at e-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

Job Description:

You will be a member of a global team to support the operation for Bosch Tools worldwide.

Your daily responsibilities will be:

  • Support End-User via
    SMT Ticket following
    ITIL Process which are maintained with defined SLA & KPI
  • Contribute in problem investigation, change management
  • Working on Oracle PL/SQL
  • Support for new feature release, hotfix
  • To the holder of this position other tasks and activities related to the current job can be assigned by linemanager

Qualifications:

  • Major in IT/Computer Science or relevant
  • Have basic knowledge in
    Oracle PL/SQL:
  • Knowledge in
    Window Server Administration:
  • Knowledge in Service Management Tool (Redemy, Service Now, ServiceDesk Plus)
  • Knowledge in
    Project and Process Management will be an advantage
  • To be trained in process know how
    (Incident, Problem, Change Management):
  • ITIL foundation Certificate is a plus
  • Flexible and able to support in CET time zone if required (1:00PM 10:00PM)
  • Have ability to
    work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines
  • Have
    teamwork spirit, proactive to support, share workload, document/share the knowledge, open mindset and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Good at
    English communication
