Job DescriptionThe Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for the following:
Planning and executing strategies for the sales team to deliver.
Mentoring sales team members and streamline the sales funnel.
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of Xenia's products. New leads may be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics.
Managing existing accounts.
Senior Sales Executive will report directly to the COO and will possess the following attributes:
Minimum of three years sales experience related experience within technology
Have a consultative sales approach
Excellent communication and presentation in both Vietnamese & English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
Driven, goal oriented and ability to motivate others
Ability to work in a team

Competitive salary
10% commission on any sales made
Working time: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Centrally located office on Phan Chau Trinh, in the heart of Da Nang.
Bonus: 13th month Salary.

Evaluation meeting after the first 2 months and performance review with potential for raise every 6 months
