I. Mô tả công việc

1.Hỗ trợ chiến lược và phân tích thị trường

  • Đồng hành cùng CEO trong việc ra quyết định về định hướng sản phẩm, chiến lược marketing và mở rộng thị trường.
  • Nghiên cứu, phân tích các studio game, nhà phát hành và đối thủ toàn cầu về danh mục sản phẩm, chiến lược tăng trưởng, xu hướng công nghệ và hệ thống dữ liệu.
  • Theo dõi xu hướng ngành và hành vi người chơi để xác định cơ hội tăng lợi thế cạnh tranh và tối ưu danh mục sản phẩm.

2.Thực thi và phối hợp dự án

  • Dẫn dắt và điều phối dự án, đảm bảo sự đồng bộ giữa các bộ phận
  • Theo dõi đánh giá tiến độ, đảm bảo triển khai đúng hạn

3.Báo cáo và truyền thông

  • Chuẩn bị báo cáo chiến lược, bản phân tích và tài liệu thuyết trình cho các cuộc họp nội bộ hoặc đối tác của CEO.
  • Tổng hợp insight, phản hồi và khuyến nghị thành hành động cụ thể.
  • Đại diện CEO trong các cuộc họp được ủy quyền

4.Hỗ trợ linh hoạt

II. Yêu cầu

  • Bằng cử nhân các ngành Kinh doanh, Marketing, Data Analytics
  • Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm với vị trí liên quan đến Product Management, Strategy Consulting, Portfolio Management, Data or Marketing
  • Kinh nghiệm làm tại công ty lĩnh vực công nghệ, mobile app hoặc gaming
  • Khả năng phân tích tài chính/ kinh doanh, nghiên cứu và đánh giá thị trường
  • Tiếng anh tốt (Ietls 7.0)
  • Chủ động, linh hoạt, đam mê công nghệ là điểm cộng
