Head of Engineering (Vietnam)
to lead technical execution during our MVP and Beta phases.

You will collaborate with the Founder, product managers, and vendor teams to ensure each release meets global standards of
safety, reliability, and compliance

Key Responsibilities | Trách nhiệm chính

  • Oversee engineering deliverables (backend, AI moderation layer, mobile builds)
  • Manage and align vendor sprints with compliance specs
  • Build a small in-house team (DevOps, QA, integration)
  • Implement
    PDPD/COPPA/GDPR
    -compliant data practices
  • Architect scalable AWS-based infrastructure
  • Conduct code reviews and technical planning
  • Mentor engineers and support AI-related R&D

VN:

  • Giám sát tiến độ kỹ thuật (backend, lớp AI & kiểm duyệt nội dung, ứng dụng di động)
  • Quản lý tiến độ nhà cung cấp, đảm bảo đúng yêu cầu tuân thủ dữ liệu
  • Xây dựng nhóm kỹ thuật nội bộ (DevOps, QA, tích hợp)
  • Triển khai các quy trình
    bảo mật & tuân thủ dữ liệu (PDPD/COPPA/GDPR)
  • Thiết kế kiến trúc hạ tầng AWS có khả năng mở rộng
  • Tham gia review code, đề xuất cải tiến kỹ thuật
  • Hướng dẫn và phát triển đội ngũ kỹ sư trẻ, hỗ trợ các dự án R&D về AI

Requirements | Yêu cầu

  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack or backend development
  • Strong background in
    cloud architecture (AWS)
    and
    data security
  • Prior experience leading teams across
    Web + Mobile (React Native / Flutter / Swift / Kotlin)
  • Experience with
    LLM integration or AI moderation systems
    is a plus
  • English–Vietnamese bilingual proficiency
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership ability

  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm với
    LLM hoặc hệ thống kiểm duyệt AI

  • Tư duy khởi nghiệp, có khả năng lãnh đạo và giải quyết vấn đề
