Job overview and responsibilityWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in ReactJS with NextJS, WordPress (Headless), PHP, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building and scaling modern web applications, demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, and take a leadership role in guiding the development team. This role requires a strong backend mindset with hands-on experience in building multiple APIs, rule engines, and ideally exposure to the finance domain (e.g., credit limits, transaction systems). You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship reliable, secure, and high-performing features.The Senior Fullstack Developer will be responsible for the following:Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and Headless WordPress.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in PHP for backend and WordPress customizations.Architect and deploy solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Ensure performance optimization, security, and best practices across applications.Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.Required skills and experiences5+ years of professional development experience in modern web technologies.Strong proficiency in ReactJS and NextJS (App Router, Server Components, API routes).Experience with Headless WordPress development and integration.Solid knowledge of PHP and WordPress customization.Good experience with TypeScript.Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.).Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding teams.Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects.Fluent in English (especially speaking)Preferred skills and experiencesFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization.Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, etc.).Previous experience in a client-facing or consulting role.Why Candidate should apply this positionAn open mind and flat structure where every voice is welcome.A work environment built on transparency, seamless communication, trust, and a sensible approach ,combined with mixed cultures and a speaking environmentIndividual assessments every 6 weeks with your line managerPerformance review every 6 months15 days of annual leave and + 6 days of fully paid sick leave per year – can be used for the care of sick childChristmas HolidayCompetitive salaryBonus: 13th-month SalarySocial insurance for employees who pass their probationReport toLine ManagerInterview process2-3 round: R1: HR - English test and experince about tech -> R2: Technical intervew -> R3 (OPTIONAL): Interview with client or assessment test
