Mô tả công việc

  • Thiết kế UI/UX cho các sản phẩm web/mobile app hướng đến khách hàng.
  • Phác thảo wireframe, mockup, prototype và user flow rõ ràng, trực quan.
  • Thiết kế các ấn phẩm đồ họa liên quan đến sản phẩm: banner, icon, screenshot, hình ảnh marketing, app store listing…
  • Hỗ trợ thiết kế media: tạo hiệu ứng chuyển động đơn giản, dựng video ngắn, chuẩn bị asset cho video hoặc animation.
  • Tham gia nghiên cứu người dùng (user research), khảo sát, A/B testing để đưa ra giải pháp thiết kế hiệu quả cho khách hàng
  • Đồng hành cùng team phát triển sản phẩm (BA, PM, Dev, QA) trong toàn bộ quá trình phát triển sản phẩm.
  • Cập nhật và áp dụng các xu hướng thiết kế mới, góp phần xây dựng và duy trì design system nội bộ.
  • Sử dụng thành thạo và kết hợp hiệu quả giữa các công cụ thiết kế truyền thống và AI hỗ trợ thiết kế để tăng tốc quá trình phát triển sản phẩm.

Yêu cầu

  • Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế UI/UX

, đã từng tham gia các sản phẩm thực tế.
- Thành thạo Figma và các công cụ thiết kế UI phổ biến.
- Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế đồ họa: sử dụng tốt Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Có khả năng làm việc với media: After Effects, Premiere hoặc công cụ video đơn giản khác.
- Hiểu biết cơ bản về responsive design, design system, mobile-first.
- Kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực công nghệ, sản phẩm số, marketing hoặc truyền thông.
- Có kiến thức về HTML/CSS, animation, 3D là điểm cộng.
- Tư duy thẩm mỹ tốt, tư duy giải quyết vấn đề qua góc nhìn người dùng.
- Khả năng làm việc nhóm, chủ động và cầu tiến.
- Ham học hỏi, liên tục cập nhật xu hướng thiết kế.
