C98 is looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Graduated from university with majors related to the position;
- Experienced in designing website interfaces, mobile apps, and UI/UX or similar role;
- Experienced in using a variety of devices (phones, tablets, different operating systems);
- Proficient in using specialized design software for web/mobile apps (Sketch is preferred);
- Good taste, creativity, logical thinking, flexibility in work;
- Detail-oriented in the design;
- Good communication, presentation, independent and team working skills;
- Responsibility and high discipline;
- Knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus.
