We're currently growing our Product Design team to create better UX across our services and we're searching for an UI/UX Design to help in that pursuit. By constantly focusing on the users, you'll create products that are not only amazing to look at, but also intuitive and useful to 30M+ users of MoMo.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product team, be a partner and influence business stakeholders on different projects by gather insights from research, develop hypotheses and explore multiple possibilities before focusing on a valuable and desirable solution, balancing user needs with business goals and strategy;
  • Contribute in building and developing our wireframe, mock-up and prototype solutions following our Design Systems and continually validate, test, experiment, and refine your work with users;
  • Follow and help us improve our User-centered Design, Design Principles and advanced Design System while building innovative products;
  • Partner with engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience;

Requirement:

  • 2+ year of experience as an UX/UI or Product Designer;
  • Familiar with Design System, Design Sprint, Lean UX;
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, Sketch tool, Figma…;
  • Proficient in various design techniques such as wireframing, prototyping, development of UI assets;
  • Familiar with UX methods such as crazy 8s, journey map, empathy map,...;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Positive attitude; Improve your team's work by asking for and offering feedback from other stakeholders.
