Responsibilities

You will be at the heart of our product design, focusing on creating smooth user journeys, elegant graphical interfaces, and strong visual identities.

Your role will be crucial in transforming complex ideas into intuitive and memorable user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders

A. UX Strategy & Research

  • Organize and lead co-design workshops to foster creativity and align stakeholder visions.
  • Conduct in-depth user research (interviews, data analysis) and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
  • Define user personas, map out user journeys, and identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Support teams in researching and validating innovative UX solutions.

B. Conception & UI Design

  • Develop wireframes and responsive mockups (desktop and mobile) in Figma, ensuring a seamless transition to the final design.
  • Translate user journeys into compelling graphical interfaces that respect and strengthen the brand's identity.
  • Contribute to the ideation and creation of interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
  • Participate in the creation and evolution of our scalable Design System to ensure visual consistency and product efficiency.
  • Conduct iconographic research to enrich and modernize our interfaces.

C. Testing & Iteration

  • Organize, oversee, and report on user testing sessions to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Analyze results and propose design iterations to optimize the user experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (preferrable 2-3 years), supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your interface and user journey design projects.
  • Proficiency with design tools, especially Figma.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles (research, information architecture, user testing) and UI fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout)
  • You are creative, detail-oriented, and meticulous in your work.
  • Strong communication skills to present and advocate for your design choices.

  • You are a self-starter who also thrives in a collaborative team environment.

  • Languages

  • The candidate must be native Vietnamese
  • Good proficiency of English
  • French knowledge is a plus

Compensation packages
