What to expect from the role:
- Working with wireframes, storyboards, and sitemaps to create user-friendly and straightforward ideas for products.
- Exposure to the design industry and on-the-job learning of best practices in user interface and design.
- Developing skills in organization, multitasking, and time management to efficiently complete tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
- Provide and seek feedback from designers and engineers to consistently elevate quality standards.
- Continuously research user experience, troubleshoot UX issues, and implement necessary improvements.
- Maintain and enforce design standards for consistency.
- Update and expand the company's design system documentation and processes.
Your Skills and Experience
- A strong grasp of UI-UX design principles/theories.
- Good attention to details.
- High commitment to preserve UI-UX integrity in finished products.
- Innovative designs.
- Proficient in at least one prototyping tool.
- Sufficient competency in graphics design.
- High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business.
- Good to have: past experience in highly complex products.
- Strongly preferred: ability to animate prototypes.
