Marketing & Communication Executive
who is creative, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and education. You'll work closely with our marketing team to bring fresh ideas to life and build an engaging online presence for LOA Portal.

As a
Marketing & Communication Executive
, you will help plan, produce, and execute marketing activities across LOA Portal's digital platforms. This is a hands-on role where you'll create diverse content formats - from posts and reels to short videos - and manage campaigns that inspire students and promote our programs.

You'll work alongside a supportive team to bring campaigns to life and build an engaging online presence aligned with LOA Portal's mission.

What You'll Do

• Plan, create, and manage content across LOA Portal's social channels following the monthly calendar.
• Develop creative ideas and produce short-form videos (Reels/Stories) using tools like CapCut or Canva.
• Collaborate with the design and SEO teams to ensure brand consistency and visibility.
• Monitor regular performance reports and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired results and provide insights for improvement.
• Research and analyze customer needs, market trends, and product features to propose relevant campaign tactics, content angles, and targeting approaches.
• Assist in creating and managing email campaigns to nurture leads and engage audiences.
• Occasionally support video shoots or editing (basic videography skills are a plus).
• Ensure all communication assets strictly follow brand guidelines before release.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience
  in Digital Marketing with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across major ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
• Experience in the
  study-abroad, EdTech, or youth-oriented
  sectors is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles is an advantage.
• Excellent Vietnamese communication and good English reading/writing skills.
• Skilled in copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking.
• Independent, organized, and proactive, comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Passionate about education, creativity, and helping students succeed globally.
