Senior Marketing Communications Executive

*** SCOPE OF WORK:

The Senior Marcom Executive is responsible for executing a wide range of projects for Hermès and Sandro.

In detail, the Senior Marcom Executive will implement some research for updated market trends, coordinate between brands and the team for marketing/communication execution, and assist individuals and the team for administrative tasks.

1. Research and stay up-to-date on market information and communication trends

• Observe and collect information on brands' products and services.
• Be well-versed in all agencies' systems/procedures and keep updated on marketing and communication trends.
• Keep the team fully abreast of all competitive advertising and press coverage of the brands, their competitors, and the marketplace.

2. Act as the key coordinator of the Marcom team for brand management and marketing/ communication execution

• Ensure superior quality service and experiential communications events are delivered timely and executed effectively to brands.
• Be the main contact between the Marcom team and other internal departments (including operations and back office teams) to ensure the efficiency of all marketing and communication activities for brands.
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution with internal teams, premium vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Seek, work closely, and well manage suppliers on issues relating to the efficient administration of the brands.
• Take responsibility for invoice control/estimation and queries in liaison with the Marcom department and other departments.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics with precision and efficiency.

3. Assist Marcom Manager during the execution

• Assist individuals and teams within Marcom team in preparing materials for brand meetings and regular reports.
• Assist in formulating and implementing effective communication with brands.

4. Other administration tasks

• Communicate between brands and the team to complete contracts, billings, documents, etc.
• Ensure post-event reporting, analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• BA degree in Communications, Advertising, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• With at least 3-5 year(s) of brand marketing & communications experiences
• Experience in High-end product market (Fashion, Watch&Jewelry, Beauty, Lifestyle,..)
• Strong background in luxury event planning and execution is preferred
• A passion for creating memorable, brand-aligned experiences
