Mô tả công việc

  • Tìm kiếm và đề xuất cơ hội M&A phù hợp với định hướng phát triển dài hạn của công ty
  • Chủ trì nghiên cứu thị trường, phân tích xu hướng ngành và định vị mục tiêu M&A tiềm năng
  • Thực hiện định giá doanh nghiệp (DCF, P/E, so sánh thị trường...) và mô hình tài chính chi tiết
  • Trực tiếp làm việc với đối tác, quỹ đầu tư, đơn vị tư vấn và các bên liên quan để dẫn dắt quy trình Due Diligence
  • Tham gia đàm phán điều khoản giao dịch, soạn thảo hợp đồng M&A cùng với bộ phận pháp lý
  • Làm việc chặt chẽ với các phòng ban để xây dựng kế hoạch tích hợp sau M&A (PMI)
  • Theo dõi hiệu quả tài chính và vận hành của các thương vụ sau khi hoàn tất
  • Cập nhật và báo cáo định kỳ cho Ban Điều hành về tiến độ, rủi ro và đề xuất chiến lược điều chỉnh nếu cần

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành Tài chính, Kinh tế, Đầu tư, Quản trị, Luật
  • Tối thiểu 7 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế trong lĩnh vực M&A, đầu tư tài chính, ngân hàng đầu tư hoặc kiểm toán doanh nghiệp lớn
  • Có kinh nghiệm trực tiếp dẫn dắt hoặc tham gia sâu trong các thương vụ M&A (≥ 3 thương vụ)
  • Thành thạo định giá doanh nghiệp, xây dựng mô hình tài chính và xử lý dữ liệu tài chính phức tạp
  • Kỹ năng đàm phán, ra quyết định và tư duy chiến lược tốt
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc tại Big4, IB, công ty tư vấn M&A hoặc các tập đoàn có hoạt động đầu tư mạnh
