2. Role Overview

We're seeking a creative Social Media Assistant to support content creation and engagement across different social media platforms. You'll help adapt and post content, edit short-form videos, design simple visuals, manage satellite accounts, and engage with followers. You'll also assist with seeding activities and other marketing tasks to boost brand visibility and interaction.

3. What You'll Do

  • Support in developing and posting content across multiple platforms.
  • Repost and adapt content across different platforms like Instagram, Linkedin, Tiktok,...
  • Grow and maintain MA's satellite accounts.
  • Edit and post short-form videos optimised for each platform.
  • Design basic visual posts using Canva or similar tools.
  • Respond to comments and engage actively with followers.
  • Do seeding activities across social channels to spark early engagement and conversations.
  • Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.

4. Requirements

  • Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, Rednote, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Basic design skills using Canva and experience in editing short-form videos (CapCut, VN, or similar apps).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to improving content performance.
  • A strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of luxury or lifestyle branding is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing team.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, trends, and digital marketing techniques.
