Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for end-users on issues related to computers, networks, printers, VPN, email, and software, ensuring timely resolution according to SLA.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PC/Laptop, OS, applications, office devices) and manage IT assets including allocation and recovery.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain internal servers (Windows/Linux), including user management, service management, and routine system monitoring.
  • Deploy and manage web servers (Nginx/Apache/IIS) and support internal or project-related environments.
  • Support container-based environments by deploying and maintaining applications using Docker; assist in CI/CD environments (GitLab/Jenkins).
  • Support onboarding tasks such as account setup, permission assignment, workstation preparation, and managing Active Directory/Azure AD.
  • Perform network monitoring and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP), implement basic security best practices, and collaborate on IT improvement projects.
  • Manage IT assets, including device allocation and recovery for employees.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and office equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; clear and friendly communication.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA) are a plus but not required
