Job Description

Financial Management & Control

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and cash flow.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with VAS and IFRS.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting to headquarters and local authorities.
  • Develop and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets and enhance financial accuracy.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold (COGS) to ensure financial performance within the manufacturing environment.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Manage all tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT) and ensure full compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and government agencies during audits or inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial and legal reporting requirements.

Business Partnering

  • Support management in financial decision-making, investment analysis, and CAPEX control.
  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and sales teams to optimize working capital and operational efficiency.
  • Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy.

People Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and enhance financial systems and reporting tools.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a managerial position within a manufacturing environment (preferably optical, plastic, or precision industries).
  • Chief Accountant Certificate is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of VAS, IFRS, taxation, and cost accounting in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in Chinese (HSK 5 or above).
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
