Role Description

This full-time Finance Supervisor role is on-site, located in Yên Phong district. The Finance Supervisor oversees the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role supports business decision-making and ensures strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations & Control

  • Supervise daily accounting activities, including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
  • Ensure accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial data.
  • Monitor cash flow, bank accounts, and working capital.
  • Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Costing Management and leading cost-down activities

2. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze variances and provide financial insights to the Management level.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide cost analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency.

3. Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support internal audit and risk management activities.

4. Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Finance
  • Strong Analytical Skills applicable to financial data
  • Expertise in Accounting and Auditing
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Knowledge of relevant financial tools and software is a plus
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role in finance is preferred
