The role, as a part of SSC (Centre of Excellence)

  • The Finance Supervisor – Claimback & AR Lead is responsible for overseeing all claimback-related processes across countries within the COE scope. This includes ensuring accurate claimback computation, revenue and AR booking, reconciliation, and timely clearing. The role leads a team of seven specialists, provides technical guidance, and ensures process consistency, governance, and alignment with Country Finance and Group Finance.
  • Lead end-to-end claimback computation, reconciliation, and booking for ecommerce business lines and countries (e-commerce, retail). 
  • Review and approve claimback entries for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Supervise the Accounts Receivable and Claimback team (approx. 7 members), ensuring SLA adherence and performance.
  • Coordinate with Country Finance teams on claimback terms, validations, and dispute resolutions.
  • Strengthen the matching and clearing process to ensure accurate recognition of revenue and receivables.
  • Oversee master data maintenance (customers, brands, platforms, claimback terms) and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external partners on billing, claimback, and collection inquiries.
  • Partner with Data Automation and BI teams to improve claimback analytics and visibility.
  • Support audit and governance requirements related to claimback and AR.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and control enhancements across all claimback activities.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Auditing, Finance, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in AR, billing, or claimback management (shared service or regional scope preferred). Experience in retail business is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to manage a multi-country team.
  • Solid understanding of revenue accounting and reconciliation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with automation/reporting tools (Power Query, Power BI).
  • Strong English communication (both written and verbal).
  • NetSuite experience
  • Ability to oversee assigned tasks and projects, make informed decisions, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical, with a solution-oriented approach to work.
