Maintain and update current policies & procedures and developing new policies and procedures over internal control system focusing on Source to pay process to ensure consistency and compliance with regulations and Group/Local policies
- Facilitate and supervise Accounting, Procurement and Other related functions to implement policies, procedures and internal control process
- Plan and conduct financial control testing on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis to ensure that financial control policies and procedures are strictly followed and effectively implemented by the respective operational units
- Make recommendations to mitigate identified risk and improve efficiency of operation based on the result of financial control testing
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc report on financial control testing to local management and regional management
- Implement various projects such as: direct material pricing forecast, Commodities/conversion cost impact analysis, outsourcing production, processing for other producers, etc.
- Execute monthly analysis/control over: Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Good in Transit, Good receipt status and provision risks & opportunities
- Supervise and support the budgeting process of procurement team over material (BOM) cost
- Prepare, analyze, and report weekly, monthly, quarterly material cost (BOM cost), do analysis by SKU level, identify root cause of variances vs. latest estimate /target /last year, provide actionable advice for management team to consider
- Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, analyze inventory revaluation, inventory roll forward
- Verify savings of Procurement function by projects.
- Ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis as required from manager.
- Participate in working with internal/external auditors on issues relating to the assigned scope.
- Back up other positions in finance control/ SC finance teams (on a rotation basis for knowledge expansion and operation continuity)
- Participate in other finance/procurement related projects as and when needed

Bachelor’s degree in accounting / Auditing / Finance Knowledge and interest in database management and coding At least 5+ years of experience working in Finance, Accounting or Auditing and internal finance control Experience with ERP system and Sale system Experience with IT projects Experience with FMCG environment/ audit firm is plus. Good business acumen Fluent in English Accountability for business performance, has problem solving skills Ability to operate effectively individually or within a team with minimum supervision and a positive attitude Abilities to work with sensitive and confidential information.
