Job Description

Senior Specialist – Asset & Liability Management (ALM) is responsible for executing
Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)
activities to ensure efficient capital cost allocation, support balance sheet management, and optimize the bank's overall capital utilization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Independently perform FTP-related professional tasks in line with ALM Division leadership's direction.
  • Participate in the development and proposal of FTP adjustments to support
    Net Interest Income (NII)
    management and balance sheet optimization.
  • Operate FTP systems and perform FTP calculations in accordance with approved methodologies.
  • Develop, review, and update FTP methodologies in alignment with business conditions and the bank's capital management strategy.
  • Ensure quality control of FTP processes and support internal training for junior staff.
  • Provide training and guidance on FTP systems, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance in FTP calculations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by ALM Division management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    in Asset & Liability Management, FTP.
  • Strong expertise in
    Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)
    , internal capital management, balance sheet management, and NII.
  • Solid analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling/methodology development skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant FTP-related systems or tools.

Chuyên gia/CVCC Quản lý tài sản nợ - tài sản có
thực hiện các công việc Điều chuyển vốn nội bộ (FTP) nhằm đảm bảo phân bổ chi phí vốn hợp lý, hỗ trợ điều hành bảng cân đối kế toán và tối ưu hóa hiệu quả sử dụng vốn trong toàn hệ thống, bao gồm:

  • Thực hiện độc lập các nghiệp vụ chuyên môn liên quan đến FTP theo định hướng của lãnh đạo Ban.
  • Tham gia xây dựng và đề xuất các điều chỉnh FTP nhằm hỗ trợ quản lý NII (Thu nhập lãi thuần) và điều hành bảng cân đối kế toán.
  • Vận hành hệ thống và thực hiện tính toán FTP theo phương pháp luận đã được phê duyệt.
  • Xây dựng, cập nhật phương pháp luận tính toán FTP phù hợp với tình hình kinh doanh và định hướng quản lý vốn của ngân hàng.
  • Kiểm soát chất lượng nghiệp vụ và hỗ trợ đào tạo nội bộ về FTP cho các chuyên viên cấp thấp hơn.
  • Đào tạo, hướng dẫn sử dụng hệ thống, đảm bảo an toàn và chính xác trong tính toán FTP.
  • Thực hiện các công việc phát sinh khác theo yêu cầu của lãnh đạo Ban.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Kế toán hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Quản lý Tài sản Nợ - Tài sản Có, FTP
  • Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về FTP, quản lý vốn nội bộ, bảng cân đối kế toán và thu nhập lãi thuần.
  • Kỹ năng phân tích, tính toán và xây dựng phương pháp luận tài chính.
  • Thành thạo tin học văn phòng và các phần mềm chuyên dụng liên quan đến FTP.
