1. CAPEX Procurement for Network Infrastructure & Telecom Projects

  • Execute procurement of equipment and services for network infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and telecom business projects.
  • Receive RFQ and procurement requirements from Business/ Infrastructure Investment teams.
  • Coordinate and prepare purchase documents, tender dossiers, and bidding/quotation packages.
  • Source suppliers, negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Create Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP, draft contracts, and monitor delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with Finance & Accounting to complete vendor payment procedures.
  • Manage procurement databases and contract documentation in compliance with departmental and company policies.
  • Oversee procurement execution and ensure compliance with company processes and regulations.

2. Cost Management

  • Conduct price analysis, evaluations, and negotiations (with support from line managers/senior specialists when needed).
  • Contribute to the development of pricing benchmarks and standards.
  • Manage CAPEX spending to ensure cost optimization.

3. Vendor Management

  • Identify and develop new suppliers under guidance of direct managers/senior specialists.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive vendor database.
  • Participate in periodic supplier quality assessment (every 6 months).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Business, Accounting, Finance (preferably from FTU, NEU, Diplomatic Academy, etc.).
  • At least
    3 years of experience
    in a similar role: CAPEX Procurement, Equipment Procurement, or Service Procurement (experience in Telecom/IT is a strong advantage).
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply markets, and telecom equipment vendors.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong analytical skills using Excel.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and synthesis skills.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with SAP/ERP procurement modules.
  • Good communication, teamwork, time management, and vendor-care skills.
  • English certificates and Procurement/Bidding certificates are an advantage.
