We are seeking a dedicated
Business Development Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions through our cutting-edge platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Search for and connect with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and messages through various channels such as Zalo, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc., and leverage networks built from previous roles or events like exhibitions and seminars.
  • Analyze the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Introduce products/services, provide consulting solutions, and deliver after-sales customer care.
  • Address client and partner inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collect feedback from the market and customers, and propose improvements to products/services.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of
    01 year
    of experience in business (B2B or B2C), real estate, insurance, import-export, logistics, or related industries.
  • Ability to conduct effective cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate leads and close deals.
  • Experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and building client relationships.
  • Proven record of sales growth.
  • Basic English reading/writing for internal use.
  • Professional, proactive, dynamic, ambitious, and able to work under high pressure.
  • Knowledge of import-export, logistics, trade, or SaaS software is an advantage (not mandatory).
