JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support the Account team in day-to-day project coordination and execution.
  • Assist in managing timelines, assets, progress updates, and client deliverables.
  • Prepare basic research, meeting notes, internal reports, and presentation materials.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, checking documents, updating records, and supporting paperwork/contracts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • MUST: Full time commitment, on site, Monday - Friday (9am - 6.30pm);
  • Be stable under pressure and have a strong sense of urgency;
  • Personal computer;
  • Teamwork, passionate, learning attitude;
  • Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, and responsible;
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
