Working Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Monday – Friday

Colony is a creative marketing agency crafting innovative brand experiences through insight-driven ideas and seamless execution. We are growing our Vietnam team and looking for an Account Executive who can elevate our client partnerships and project delivery.

2. Position Overview

The Account Executive (AE) plays a vital role as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution, strong relationship management, and strategic alignment across all communication and campaign activities.

We offer a starting salary from 13 million VND (gross), with the final package depending on your capabilities and the value you can bring to our team

3. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as project lead and client representative for small to medium-scale projects; manage all workflows independently and effectively.
  • Build a deep understanding of clients' businesses, brand positioning, and target consumers to ensure strategic alignment in all assigned campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication; maintain healthy client relationships and ensure client satisfaction, trust, and long-term partnership.
  • Oversee project quality, timeline, deliverables, and ensure internal team alignment for smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Production, Digital…) to develop and implement 360° integrated communication plans.
  • Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation; coordinate and manage external vendors when required.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure they remain within approved limits.
  • Provide regular status updates, performance reports, and actionable insights to clients and internal teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

4. Candidate Profile

We welcome candidates who possess solid account management capabilities and have experience collaborating with clients across diverse industries. The ideal candidate is proactive, has a strong sense of ownership, and is able to earn trust from clients while confidently coordinating creatives

5. Requirements

Must-have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in managing IMC, Digital campaigns.
  • Strong account management foundation with understanding of marketing, brand-building, and disciplines such as Events, and Digital.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative and effective team player.
  • Ability to adapt to change, manage pressure, and maintain professionalism.
  • High level of integrity, transparency, and work ethics.
