Invest Talent JSC is assiting our client - a Singapore public accounting firm that specializes in financial audit and corporate services, such as accounting, tax, payroll, virtual office, and corporate secretarial in hiring an Accounting Executive who has a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality financial services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with 
    IFRS
     (International Financial Reporting Standards).
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

General Ledger Management:

  • Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Account Reconciliation:

  • Perform regular account reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Tax Compliance:

  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with the management team to implement best practices and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in 
    Xero accounting
    , 
    Employment Hero
     payroll system
  • CPA certification is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience working within an accounting department or practice firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounting software, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working location:
 District 1, Ho Chi Minh

Working time:
 Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
