POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Position: Operations Service Assistant

Department: Operations

Location: Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, HCMC

Working time: 8:00 am - 5:50 pm, Mon-Fri (flexible time)

RESPONSIBILITIES


• Analyze customer requirements and manage projects for the German market within the supply chain sector.


• Assign and coordinate tasks for team members.


• Develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.


• Evaluate project status and plan operational activities accordingly.


• Train and support team members to enhance their professional skills.


• Evaluate employee performance and provide guidance for improvement.


• Prepare and submit project reports as required.


• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS


• Native or near-native proficiency in German.


• Experience in project management, team management is an advantage.


• Strong coordination skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office.


• Available to work overtime on the holiday and Lunar New Year.
