Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and service-driven Operations Assistant to help oversee the daily operations of Lagree Vietnam.

This is a key role supporting the Founder directly and helping build strong systems, structure, and culture as the business grows.

Your Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all departments
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs
  • Monitor all day-to-day activities — ensuring everything runs on time, smoothly, and consistently
  • Support with staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planning
  • Manage inventory control
  • Track and order supplies in coordination with The Blend and The Rehab teams
  • Maintain daily reports
  • Ensure facility readiness: lighting, scent, temperature, music, and presentation all meet 5-star standards
  • Liaise with external vendors
  • Support event setup, marketing activations, and member campaigns

Customer Experience

  • Be the main point of contact for members and guests — greeting, assisting, and ensuring a personalized experience
  • Handle feedback and complaints professionally, always providing solutions
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front desk, coaches, and The Blend for class transitions and member flow
  • Support membership management: follow-ups, renewals, and premium service care

Team Support & Training

  • Train and mentor front-of-house and new staff in service standards and SOPs
  • Conduct daily team briefings to ensure alignment and readiness
  • Support in hiring, onboarding, and probation reviews
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture

Founder Support

  • Act as the Founder's right hand in daily coordination and communication
  • Help prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and follow up on key tasks
  • Support project management for new launches, events, or improvements
  • Anticipate operational issues and propose proactive solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in luxury hotels, spas, or fitness centers (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English & Vietnamese
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional, calm, and service-oriented
