Control key staff & general staff in a team to ensure that the operation of Cash registers in store is managed properly, timely and accurately

  8. Access and work with other staff to assist in resolving issues from client, staff and the public
  9. Input/retrieve client account information data on system
  10. Verify and research data on registration status, balance point and purchase history
  11. Follow Company's Rules on Customer Service (greeting, smiling, bowing and attitude towards customers).
  12. Serve as key contact for cashiers needing assistance with account or client problems
  13. Cashier activities
  14. Be aware of current sales promotions and conduct daily brief with Cashier team.
  15. Change cash and distribute to cashier counters.
  16. Ensure cash register equipment (audit roll, thermal roll, printer ink cartridge) and all type of nylon bags available and adequate for daily operation.
  17. Ensure cash registers & credit card terminals are in good conditions.
  18. Ensure the hangers, hard tags and left over items timely collected by Line Department staff.
  19. Remove unnecessary goods at inactive cashier counter
  20. Ensure signage must be in proper condition display at cashier counters.
  21. Check all cashier counters to avoid long queue especially in peak hours or weekend
  22. Random spot check at cashier counter to avoid any fraud.
  23. Be responsible for investigating any unbalance situation and report to superiors.
  24. Make day and night shift handover.
  25. Investigate and correct errors made at the cash registers in a timely manner; report errors to Chief Cashier.
  26. 5S
  27. Monitor and check procedures on house-keeping duties to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at Cashier Counter.
  28. Manpower Management
  29. Plan and prepare duty roster, shift plan and assign subordinates on duty.
  30. Ensure sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations.
  31. Ensure Key Staff and General Staff's attendance and attire.
  32. Be responsible for Key Staff and General Staff's performance.
  33. Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity.
  34. Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily works.
  35. Build and promote team work spirit.
  36. Rules and Regulations
  37. Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations.
  38. Check, monitor, remind and guide Key Staff and General staff to follow the rules and regulations.
  39. Other duties
  40. Opening & closing Store.
  41. Support other departments as necessary.
  42. Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct Division Leader, Line Manager and Store Manager
