Vai trò: Senior Marketing Executive – Community

Bạn sẽ dẫn dắt chiến lược phát triển cộng đồng, tăng trưởng người dùng, thúc đẩy engagement – retention, và kết nối fan với các AI companions của Ronaldinho và các celeb tiếp theo.

A. Community Growth & Strategy

  • Xây dựng chiến lược tăng trưởng cộng đồng theo từng stage: reach join engage retain convert.
  • Tổ chức chiến dịch cộng đồng: minigame, sự kiện online, KOL/KOC seeding, partnerships.
  • Phân tích dữ liệu để tối ưu tăng trưởng & giữ chân thành viên.

B. Community Operations & Content

  • Quản lý vận hành các cộng đồng (Facebook, Discord, Telegram...).
  • Tạo môi trường tương tác tích cực, điều phối thảo luận.
  • Lên kế hoạch nội dung: posts, newsletter, livestream, AMA…
  • Thu thập insight người dùng, đề xuất cải thiện sản phẩm/campaign.

C. Partner & Agency Management

  • Làm việc với agency & media partners: đánh giá, thương lượng, giám sát triển khai.
  • Theo dõi KPI: growth, engagement rate, active member ratio, retention, conversion.
  • Chuẩn bị báo cáo định kỳ cho team Marketing & Management.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp ngành Marketing/Communication/Business/Economics, ưu tiên trường top hoặc du học.
  • 3+ năm kinh nghiệm Marketing digital/community/influencer/gaming/entertainment/consumer tech.
  • Hiểu biết sâu về giải trí (game, streaming, phim, interactive media…).
  • Đam mê bóng đá & celeb/KOL culture – lợi thế lớn.
  • Nắm vững social media ecosystem, hành vi Gen Z, KOL landscape Việt Nam.
  • Kinh nghiệm triển khai campaign, xây dựng growth funnel, influencer marketing.
  • Giao tiếp tốt, tư duy dữ liệu, xử lý tình huống và critical thinking mạnh.
  • Tiếng Anh tốt.
  • Từng quản lý team 1–2 người là lợi thế.
