Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to implement and manage multiple place shaping & marketing projects at Savills Hanoi.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months' experience working in an agency environment. You will need to have the skills to know branding and marketing principles when it comes to briefing the creative team.

You are responsible for delivering day-to-day support on all client accounting activities, working closely with the wider team to ensure that RE projects are delivered successfully, on time and to budget. This person is comfortable working in a busy and varied environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Deploy and manage integrated marketing campaigns which include digital marketing, physical events, activations, paid digital, any possible items if needed.
• Develop content strategies aligned with project objectives and collaborate with planners on proposal development.
• Create and implement content across various channels and materials: Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, PR articles, seeding, advertising materials, brochures, and video scripts
• Understand platform-specific formats to build effective content and creative briefs for design
• Work closely with the Design team to craft creative copy tailored to each visual concept
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas for optimization and new initiatives
• Review of design work, proof reading and checking work completed prior to sharing with client. Attention to detail is key.
• Must be a team player with proactive attitude, who can work well independently when required

REQUIREMENTS

Technical requirements:

• Strong writing and editing skills with a good sense of storytelling and branding.
• Ability to understand consumer insight and your client's business. Familiarity with digital platforms and their content styles.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Degree in Marketing or related fields.
• Experience in real estate or marketing agencies is a plus.
