Position Overview

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and engage target audiences. This position is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer who enjoys working in a dynamic environment at the intersection of consulting, finance, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.) to build brand visibility and attract leads.
  • Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, website, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Support events, webinars, and partnership marketing initiatives with e-commerce platforms and global partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with design and consulting teams to produce impactful visual and written content.
  • Monitor and report marketing performance metrics; propose improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, B2B marketing, or professional services (experience in Marketing Agency is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, and performance analytics.
  • Good writing and storytelling skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Meta Business, Google Ads, Canva, or similar).
  • Creative mindset with good project management and teamwork skills.
