Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Development & Direction:

  • Develop creative guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual identities for all communication activities.
  • Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistently and prominently expressed across all channels.

2. Content & Campaign Ideation:

  • Ideate and develop creative concepts for campaigns, show launches, content spin-offs, fan engagement activities, and accompanying products (merchandise, minigames, social content).
  • Guide storytelling strategies aligned with entertainment trends, especially for shows, films, and Chinese content.

3. Implementation Supervision & Quality Optimization:

  • Lead the execution process from briefing to concept development, production, and final output.
  • Oversee quality control for all content, including copywriting, key visuals, and videos before release.

4. Team Management & Development:

  • Assign tasks, manage team performance, and train a versatile team across content, copy, and visual disciplines.
  • Foster a creative work environment and build efficient workflows.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in Creative/Content/Marcom, with a proven track record in team management.
  • Preferably with a background in OTT, entertainment, media, or creative agencies.
  • Strong content foundation with deep understanding of the entertainment market (shows, films, culture — especially Asian content).
  • Outstanding creative thinking with strong storytelling and concept development skills.
  • Solid team management capabilities, including task delegation and quality control across various outputs (content, visuals, copy).
  • Ability to develop long-term creative strategies aligned with brand direction and growth objectives.
