Position Overview:

As an
Operation Team Leader/Manager

, you are responsible for the performance and success of daily operations for our
Omni-channel business

, including
fulfillment, inventory management

, and other
operational activities of online orders

to ensure seamless end-to-end order flow across all channels. This role is ideal for a candidate with a

Key Responsibilities:

Fulfillment Operations

-      Lead and manage daily online order fulfillment activities, ensuring orders are processed accurately, on time, and according to SLA.

-      Coordinate with stores, warehouses, and last-mile partners to resolve fulfillment issues (delays, out-of-stock, substitution, cancellations).

-      Monitor fulfillment KPIs including order accuracy, lead time, delivery SLA, cancellation rate, and customer feedback.

-      Implement improvements to enhance fulfillment efficiency and reduce operational errors.

Inventory Management

-      Oversee online inventory accuracy across stores and online hubs

-      Collaborate with offline teams to ensure real-time stock updates, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution

-      Monitor stock levels, high-demand items, and potential OOS risks; propose replenishment solutions

-      Ensure accurate inventory mapping between physical stores and online systems (OMS, WMS, POS)

Operational Execution for Online Team

-      Lead execution of operational initiatives for online campaigns, price updates, promotions, new product launches, and logistics adjustments at stores

-      Ensure operational readiness for all online activities, including system setup, stock allocation, store coordination, and delivery preparation.

-      Work with Customer Service, Marketing, and Product teams to troubleshoot operational issues affecting customer experience.

Qualifications:

-

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.

-

3–5 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, E-commerce, or Omni-channel roles.

-

Strong understanding of fulfillment processes, inventory control, and order management workflows.

-

Experience working across functions with store operations, warehouse, or logistics teams.

-

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

-

Experience with OMS, WMS, ERP, or POS systems is a plus. Prior leadership experience in retail, FMCG, or online grocery is a strong plus.
