JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a data-driven Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. This role will focus on generating quality leads for our insurance products while maximizing ROI and maintaining cost-efficiency in the competitive insurance market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Management & Execution

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and product launch timelines
• Manage daily campaign operations including budget allocation, bid optimization, and ad scheduling
• Create and test multiple ad variations (copy, creative, targeting) to improve performance
• Implement conversion tracking, pixel setup, and tag management across platforms

Lead Generation & Optimization

• Drive qualified lead generation for life and non-life insurance products
• Optimize lead acquisition cost (CPL) while maintaining lead quality standards
• Build and manage conversion funnels from ad click to lead submission
• Collaborate with sales team to understand lead quality feedback and adjust targeting accordingly
• Implement lead nurturing strategies through retargeting campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate)
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness
• Analyze customer journey data to identify optimization opportunities
• Provide ROI analysis and budget recommendations to management

Market Research & Strategy

• Research competitor advertising strategies and market trends in the insurance sector
• Identify new audience segments and expansion opportunities
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and new advertising features
• Recommend new channels and tactics based on market insights

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
• Coordinate with product team on campaign messaging and value propositions
• Align with sales operations on lead handoff processes and SLAs
• Participate in regular meetings with Japanese management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
• Proven track record of lead generation campaigns, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Experience managing monthly budgets of 100M+ VND

Technical Skills

• Expert level: Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager
• Advanced level: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Google Tag Manager
• Proficient: Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel implementation
• Working knowledge: Landing page optimization, CRM integration basics
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisions
• Excellent attention to detail in campaign setup and monitoring
• Results-oriented with focus on KPI achievement
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot campaign issues
• Time management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously

Language & Communication

• Vietnamese: Native or fluent (required)
• English: Basic level preferred but not required
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Video)
• Meta Blueprint certification
• Experience with insurance product marketing (life insurance, health insurance, car insurance)
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Make, Zapier, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page troubleshooting
• Experience working in Japanese corporate culture
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising or DSP platforms

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

• Cost per Lead (CPL) targets by product line
• Lead volume and quality scores
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Click-through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate benchmarks
• Monthly budget utilization efficiency
• Campaign testing velocity (number of tests conducted)

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible hours with core hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Work environment: Office-based.
• Tools provided: Laptop, software licenses, access to advertising platforms
• Reporting structure: Regular reporting to Vietnamese and Japanese management
