Zalo is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the digital marketing efforts for popular products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, increase brand visibility, and achieve marketing objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns and analyze the performance.

**What you will do**:

- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement for the products;
- Conduct market research and analyze users insights to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape;
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, paid advertising, Preload, and content marketing;
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaign strategies to achieve desired results;
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement;
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing campaign performance, key findings, and actionable insights for management;
- Work closely with Product and relevant stakeholders to develop and optimize products.

**What you will need**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in a relevant role such as Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Development;
- Working experience in digital media/tech platforms and/or digital agencies;
- Have data mindset and good logical thinking;
- Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights;
- A strong sense of responsibility and ownership in work;
- Strong teamwork spirit;
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
- Careful, meticulous and responsible;
- Active, open minded and can-do attitude.
