1. About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled
Technical Leader (NodeJS)
with strong communication skills in
English
to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for leading technical design, mentoring developers, ensuring coding quality, and driving architectural decisions across projects.

This role provides a

2. Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

  • Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of NodeJS-based applications and microservices.
  • Review and optimize system architecture, performance, security, and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices, design patterns, and standards.
  • Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions.

Project Involvement

  • Collaborate with PMs, BAs, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Break down tasks, estimate effort, and support planning activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support for the development team.

Team Development

  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
  • Lead technical workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and internal training.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Communication

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and international clients in English.
  • Present technical solutions and architectural approaches clearly and confidently.

3. Job Requirements
Must-have

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • 6+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years in a technical or team leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, message queues, caching, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles and system design.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English (fluent)
    .

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with distributed systems, high-load applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, observability tools, and cloud-native development.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
