1. Mô tả công việc:

  • Phụ trách quản lý, đào tạo và định hướng hoạt động của team Technical Support
  • Trực tiếp xử lý các case kỹ thuật phức tạp liên quan đến app Shopify, đảm bảo phản hồi khách hàng nhanh, chính xác và chuyên nghiệp.
  • Theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của team, duy trì chất lượng dịch vụ hỗ trợ đạt KPI của sản phẩm.
  • Hỗ trợ tối ưu quy trình làm việc, xây dựng tài liệu hướng dẫn (FAQ, internal guide) để nâng cao hiệu suất toàn team.
  • Phối hợp cùng Team Developer, QA, Marketing, Product Owner để phản hồi các lỗi hoặc đề xuất cải thiện sản phẩm.
  • Tham gia trực tiếp vào quá trình đào tạo, đánh giá nhân sự mới và định kỳ chia sẻ kiến thức kỹ thuật nội bộ.
  • Tổng hợp phản hồi khách hàng và báo cáo định kỳ cho cấp quản lý để cải thiện chất lượng sản phẩm.

2. Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Shopify (ít nhất 1 năm), hiểu rõ về Shopify Store và các app liên quan.
  • Có kỹ năng lập trình HTML/CSS và JavaScript, ưu tiên ứng viên hiểu NodeJS hoặc ReactJS.
  • Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm kỹ thuật hoặc customer support team là lợi thế lớn.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống và tổ chức công việc tốt.
  • Tiếng Anh tốt (đọc, viết, trao đổi qua email và chat với khách hàng quốc tế).
  • Tư duy dịch vụ, thái độ cầu thị, trách nhiệm cao và chủ động trong công việ

3. Quyền lợi:

  • Mức lương offer Upto 20 triệu VNĐ/tháng, tùy theo năng lực và kinh nghiệm.
