ROLE SUMMARY
A results-driven HR professional specializing in full-cycle HR administration, statutory compliance, and end-to-end Compensation & Benefits (C&B) management. Proven ability to ensure regulatory adherence, streamline payroll processes, and support strategic HR planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
C&B & Payroll Management:
- Managed the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for all staff (employees, freelancers, interns), including the calculation and payment of all bonuses, awards, and complex allowances (e.g., KPI, long service, mission, travel bank).
- Executed accurate attendance control, processed complex overtime conversions (OT to Paid Leave), and administered annual leave allocation, monthly control, and termination encashments.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Prepared and issued all critical HR legal documentation, including Contracts/Annexes, HR Decisions, and Announcements related to C&B, termination, and non-renewal.
- Maintained HR systems (Odoo) and physical filing; issued and registered Company regulations with the Labor Department.
Statutory & Tax Compliance:
- Handled all
Personal Income Tax (PIT)
obligations: managed monthly reporting, yearly finalization, PIT returns, income certification, and code registration for both local staff and expatriates. - Administered Compulsory Insurance, submitting monthly changes, reconciling data (C12), tracking income compensation (sickness, maternity), and managing the handover of SI books.
- Managed Private Insurance enrollment (PVI, Manulife), policy updates, balance reconciliation, and guided employees through the claims process.
- Arranged and compiled data for the annual employee health checks in compliance with legal requirements.
Strategic HR & Reporting Support:
- Supported HRM in building the official

and updating the yearly
Salary Benchmarking
data. - Assisted in developing and collaborating on
KPI/OKR
frameworks and Career Development programs with internal stakeholders. - Collected and compiled essential data for comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports.
Performance & Engagement:
- Conducted annual/semi-annual employee evaluations, summarized data for BoD approval, and prepared supporting documentation for salary reviews and unusual increases.
- Managed Company Union reconciliation and fee payment, and actively supported all internal and external employee wellbeing and engagement events (e.g., Year-end Party, Team Building, sports).
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, C&B, and Payroll management.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam Labor Code, Social Insurance, and PIT regulations.
• Skilled in preparing contracts, handling salary adjustments, and managing attendance and payroll processes.
• Experience in calculating bonuses, allowances, and managing C&B policies (KPI/OKR, incentives, awards).
• Proficient in using HR systems (preferably Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.
• Good English communication skills, especially in writing reports and HR documents.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to coordinate employee events, manage union activities, and maintain HR records.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure.
